Last Tuesday night was our annual Thanksgiving feast for our downtown friends. The place was packed. I can only estimate that we served about 185 meals based on the number of plates used. We counted 70 volunteers who were kind enough to bring covered dishes to add to the turkey and dressing. Even though there were tons of people to feed, there was tons of food. We all were very thankful for God’s grace and the fellowship of friends. It truly is a time to count our blessings whether we are on the street or just visiting downtown once a week.
